Attention Parents - Volunteer Opportunities for this Friday's Game!

1- SET/UP:  4:30,  We will need 8 people to set up.  (2 from each grade would be great)  also the board if you can be there.

2- PROGRAMS...Lori Gee is in-charge of programs she needs 3 people..(Parents will sell programs until half time). PROGRAMS WILL BE SOLD FOR $5.00.  We will 2 people at the East Gate and 2 at the West Gate.

3- HALF-TIME CONCESSIONS....We need 10 Parents.  They need to be there 5 minutes to half time and stay until Drills half time is over.

4- TEAM DINNER AFTER THE GAME:  AT LEAST 10-12 Volunteers  (please have parents come directly when game is over)

5- CLEAN UP: 8 -10  We can use the same parents who helped with the dinner stay and help clean up.

6- SOPHOMORE Game:  Game starts at 3:30 at BHS.  Ray wants to know if there i s any interest in parents selling during the Sophomore game.  If so let us know.  We also need someone to text the live game Score  at the end of each quarter to the person posting social media.
